Main Duties:
Investment Attraction Service Center of Chongming County
is the functional organ of the People’s Government of Chongming County for the
affairs of investment attraction. The Center is under the People’s Government of
Chongming County and mainly takes charge of coordination service for investment
attraction, information issuance for investment attraction, negotiation about
the introduction of project, significant tracing, etc. The Center carries out
the service mode of “one-stop transaction, on-stop service, and charge at one
window” and provides the investor with detailed certificate service guidance,
information about investment project, financial and taxation preferential
policy, etc. The Center sticks to the ideology of “high quality, warm service,
and reasonable charge” as well as the tenet of serving the enterprise and
investment attraction, and is devoted in development of the regional economic.
The Center has Office, Certificate Transaction Section, Information Section,
etc. Interiorly, there are many negotiation rooms like Certificate Transaction
Hall. It is the main spot to provide prophase reception, information exchange,
policy consultation, cooperation negotiation, project examination and approval
as well as foreign service to Chinese and foreign merchants to invest in
Chongming.
